We would like to thank those of you that have purchased tickets to our New Year's Eve event for making
NYE Massive one of the hottest and most sought after events in the Bay Area!!!

Here's a couple of helpful hints to make the check in process go smoothly and faster once you arrive.

1.The entrance will be on the corner of Cyril Magnin St. & Ellis St.
Facing the hotel entrance, VIP's and tables will enter on the left and general admission on the right.

For EVENTBRITE ticket holders, each and every person must have their own ticket which will be scanned upon entry. Please verify that every person in your party has a unique ticket number.
Be careful not to mistakingly bring in duplicates.

For Clubzone/Ticketzone, Wantickets and all other ticketing sites please have your I.D.s ready
because only the person named on the ticket may pick it up at will call.
We highly encourage you to print your ticket as this will speed up the check in process.

3.Needless to say but here goes anyway.
The Dresscode: This is an upscale event with Suits & dresses preferred.
Please no jeans, t-shirts, tennis shoes or work boots of any kind.

4. There will be coat check on the 4th floor and will be $5/item.

5. There will be no in and out policy for the event and that includes hotel guests.
